Order Processing & Production

  • Standard Orders: In-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment or pickup within 1–3 business days.
  • Presale & Custom Group/Team Apparel: Batch presale items (such as school spirit wear, sports teams, and group orders) follow specific production timelines outlined on the product listing. Orders move into production immediately following the presale close date.

Fulfillment Options

1. Free Group / Team On-Site Pickup

For designated school spirit sales, club orders, and team presales, free bulk delivery is provided directly to the group’s designated point of contact for on-site distribution. Please select your assigned location or point of contact and provide recipient details at checkout when prompted.

2. Ship to Home (Standard Shipping)

  • Transit Time: Standard home delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email upon dispatch.
  • Shipping Rates: Real-time carrier rates apply at checkout based on package weight and destination address. Free standard shipping applies to eligible qualifying orders over $50.00.
