At Two Crafty B's, we take pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind products tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please note that we are not responsible for errors in the details provided during the order process, such as spelling or design choices, so we encourage you to review all information carefully before confirming your order.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is an error in production (such as incorrect designs, sizing, or other mistakes made by us), please contact us immediately after receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
